Conditions of Entry

All guests entering Lake Gkula Camping are required to follow the conditions of entry:

Whilst attending, we ask that you observe the following:

• Please refrain from littering in the venues or surrounding areas.
• We ask that you refrain from causing damage to, improperly use or tamper with any public facility or festival infrastructure.
• E-bikes and e-scooters must adhere to the same speed limits as vehicles on-site.
• Cyclists are strongly encouraged to wear helmets for their safety.
• All cyclists must dismount at the entrance to the festival precinct. 
• Campfires are permitted and must be a minimum of 200mm off the ground. Please
• refer to our Campfire Conditions of Use in your Terms & Conditions for other campfire safety requirements.
• BYO alcohol is not permitted within the area in or surrounding the Lake Gkula Bar and BBQ area. This is strictly a licenced area.
• Do not operate any site equipment (generator, vehicle, sound and lighting system)
• Do not exit the venue or site via routes other than the designated exits and emergency exits.
• Cause any damage to flora or fauna on or surrounding the site.
• Do not behave in a threatening or inappropriate manner (aggressive, riotous, abusive, or insulting actions) towards other guests, volunteers or staff.
• Help us look after our flora, fauna and waterways.
• For your safety, please do not enter any onsite bodies of water, except in clearly designated and patrolled swimming areas during advertised operating hours.
• We ask that you follow Lake Gkula entry and safety conditions and follow the directions of lake volunteers who are there to observe and keep you safe.
• Do not hand out the gate code issued to you, other than those on your booking.
• Guests that are unable to follow the above guidelines may be asked to leave the site, a refund in this case cannot be offered.
